IPG Mediabrands has tapped long-time GroupM executive Caroline Foster Kenny as CEO for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, rounding out a reorganization of the Interpublic media operation that began when Henry Tajer took on the global CEO role last year. Foster Kenny, who reports to Tajer, has spent more than 25 years in the media services business, the last 15 at WPP's GroupM, where she most recently was global chief client officer at MEC.
