Plans have been proposed for the building that was the former headquarters of Deluxe Corp. in Shoreview, which has been vacant since 2007. Outmoded, and sometimes long-vacant, suburban office buildings are more frequently being torn down to make way for new, amenity-rich apartment buildings.
