Commercial real estate firm CBRE recently launched its 2017 report as an interactive feature to compare market statistics in the Southeast. The report , which compares markets in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, allows users to track how a region has done over a period time and what CBRE's projections are for the coming year for the economy as well as the office, retail, industrial and multifamily sectors.
