(PR-inside.com) - During the course of surveillance, Fitch upgrades the rating on the Grand Fire Protection District No. 1 of Grand County, CO (the district) series 2004 general obligation bonds to 'A' from 'A-'. The Rating Outlook is Stable. The bonds are general obligations of the district and are payable from an unlimited ad valorem tax levied against all taxable property in the district. Of the $7.6 million series 2004 bonds originally sold, approximately $6.7 million is currently outstanding.
