    Fitch Rates Denver, Colorado's $200MM 2008C2 and C3 Airport System Revs 'AA/F1+'

    (PR-inside.com) - Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'AA/F1+' rating to the $200,000,000 City and County of Denver, Colorado (for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation) airport system revenue bonds, consisting of the following: --$100,000,000 series 2008C-2; --$100,000,000 series 2008C-3. The long-term 'AA' rating assigned to each series of bonds is based jointly on the current 'A+' rating assigned to the airport system's revenue bonds and the support provided by separate irrevocable, direct-pay letters of credit (LOC) issued by Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg (currently rated 'A+/F1+' by Fitch), acting through its New York branch (the Bank).
