Fitch Ratings has revised the rating on the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority's (the Authority) approximately $7.9 million charter school revenue bonds, series 2009 to 'A' from 'BBB+', reflecting the charter school's participation in the state Charter School Moral Obligation Program. The bonds are being issued on behalf of the Crown Pointe Academy Charter School (CPA) and are expected to price via negotiation the week of Sept. 28, 2009. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
