Two Colorado homeowners will win up to $10,000 or more in home energy efficiency improvements as part of the Xcel Energy Home Energy Makeover Contest. The contest entry period begins July 1, and ends September 15, 2010. Two homeowners will receive energy efficiency improvements worth up to $10,000 or more could include: a new central heating and cooling system; sealing air leaks and ductwork; adding new insulation and other upgrades.
