Oct 27, 2010 /EIN Presswire/ - As the three-way race for Senate in Alaska comes down to the wire, documents have surfaced putting Republican Tea Party nominee Joe Miller in the middle of a 2008 election scandal during his time as a borough lawyer in Fairbanks North Star, the Anchorage Daily News reports.Miller was caught accessing several borough computers illegally in connection with his failed campaign for the state Republican Party Chair. An Alaska state Superior Court judge ordered public release of the 2008 records documenting the disciplinary actions against Miller for lying about his role in the accusations.
