(PR-inside.com) PARIS -- (Marketwire) -- 09/29/11 -- Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH) today announces it entered into a definitive agreement to sell its 25.7% stake in ContentGuard Holdings, a leading inventor, developer and licensor of digital rights management (DRM), to Pendrell Technologies LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pendrell Corporation (NASDAQ: PCO). Pendrell Technologies, a company providing innovative intellectual property solutions for leading companies, will acquire 90.1% of ContentGuard Holdings and pay $90.1 million in cash to the current shareholders.
