- Accenture has signed a $400 million deal with Thomas Cookto provide ITO, HRO and FAO.
- Accenture is providing Microsoft Corp. with a range of FAO and procurement services under a seven-year,US$185 million BPO agreement.
- Cap Gemini has signed a five-year agreement with NXP Semiconductors, the independent semiconductorcompany founded by Philips, to provide end-to-end FAO services, including Procure-to-Pay and Record-toReport.
- BT has extended its outsourcing contract with Xansa until March 2014. Xansa will continue to manage BT’sUK operations for FAO transaction processing, ledger and payroll services leveraging a combination of Xansa’s onshore and offshore capabilities in shared service centers in UK and India.
