Shanghai. September 20. INTERFAX-CHINA - Toshiba has joined Dell and Apple in issuing laptop battery recalls for about 340,000 of its laptops worldwide. Toshiba's battery recall plan for China requires customers to provide the serial number of the battery for check and exchange before Dec 29, 2006.
