Alma Media Corporation Stock Exchange Release, 26 April 2013 at 4:30 p.m. (EEST) STATUTORY PERSONNEL NEGOTIATIONS CONCERNING THE FUTURE OF ALMA MANU'S ROVANIEMI NEWSPAPER PRINTING FACILITY CONCLUDED The statutory personnel negotiations started in January by Alma Media's printing and distribution company, Alma Manu Oy, concerning the future of its Rovaniemi newspaper printing facility have been concluded. As a result of the negotiations that concerned the entire staff of the Rovaniemi printing facility and mailing department, the company is discontinuing its printing operations in Rovaniemi by the end of March 2014.
