    PUEBLO, Colo. - May 1, 2013 - Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) electric utilityBlack Hills Energy - Colorado Electric (Black Hills Energy) filed a new electricresource plan (ERP) yesterday with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission(PUC) to address energy needs for its 94,000 customers in southern Colorado overthe next seven years. The plan identifies replacement capacity and resourceacquisitions based on existing and forecasted market conditions andenvironmental regulations. The PUC is expected to make a decision regarding theERP in the first quarter of 2014.The filing is required of regulated electric utilities in Colorado every fouryears.
