Flairwood Industries, 6230 Norton Center Drive in Norton Shores, has been acquired by Wayne Baxter, a veteran in office furnishings and product marketing in West Michigan. Baxter became the majority owner of Flairwood Industries with the completion of the sale on March 13. He will become the company's president.
