In a bankruptcy court filing Monday, Dayton-based Standard Register alleges Craig Stockmal and Lynn Smith fled the company with sensitive trade secrets and are now leading Focus Impressions Inc. Both Stockmal and Smith worked from Standard Register's Boston office and had been with the company since the 1980s. Standard Register - which is in the process of being purchased by Minnesota-based Taylor Corp. - could face the loss of some major clients if it cannot win or settle this case.
