Anyone else have issues with them? Some of the worse customer service I have had in a long time. Two times in a row they didn't ship when promised! The first time they apologized and say free shipping next time, I give them another try and asked the rep 3 times, "is it in stock", "will it go out today", answered yes and yes, 3 times! Called today after it didn't show up, you guessed it, it was never shipped! This is 2 times they made me look bad for my customer. There won't be a 3rd time I can promise that!
