suggestions....

.... wondering if anyone out there can suggest on a service call log that i can access remotely.
right now we are using Microsoft Access as a call log but we don't have it set up to change or add customer info and that good stuff.
so if anyone has any ideas please share.

If you want an easy and free way to get and update info about service calls in the field use google drive. Gmail accounts are free and a google doc can be shared out to anyone you want.
