I use this one... Fits way more than i need. Including laptop, and an electric blower.
Klein Tools Tradesman Pro-Organizer Tech BackPack-55456BPL - The Home Depot
It's so nice being able to carry everything including the laptop in all at once and have free hands. While it doesn't have as many individual tool pockets as my old Platt, it is roomy and I'm learning to consolidate because I only use a handful of tools 90 percent of the time.Comment

I haven't been a tech for very long, but I have 2 tool bags. One small (Craftsman soft mini bag) & easy to carry and the other one large (Platt Large Soft Case) that I usually put on a foldable flat cart....with vacuum too!
I just recently also started carrying around a gardening pad to kneel on too--concrete starts to hurt the knees after awhile!

I also carry my Laptop in a separate shoulder bag. Basically, everything is kind of modular for me so when I get the call ticket, I kinda know what I need to take in with me. If I need something that I don't have, it's no big deal to walk back to my car and get the item....it's usually not that far!
