Heh, got to see an A10 do that while flying around when I was at Fort McCoy in the early '90s, there was a wing of those somewhere near there then and apparently they used the fort's impact areas for target practice or something. I learned two things then:
It's actually kind of cool to see that, and
as an entirely ground based person I was outrageously glad they are on our side.
