So taking the most commonly quoted figure of illegal immigrants of 15 to 20 million in the US that means anywhere from nearly 2 million to 2.6 million just from the numbers that actually admit to voting in US elections.

Okay what part do you not understand these are not permanent insurance. They are for people that need something for a short term and were completely legal before the ACA. And became legal again. They are not meant to be anything but temporary short term fill in the gap coverage for catastrophic coverage. Or is that too complicated for you to understand. It gives someone coverage until they get or find something permanent. They are not meant for some one that has a serious medical condition and probably would not be sold to them anyway. Hell if I were in my mid twenties and needed something short term and inexpensive I sure as heck would like to have this available. Yes a poll is not legal proof of voter fraud never said it was legally but it is some evidence and there are other instances where illegal aliens have admitted to voting. Heck it is the reason the democrats are always fighting against proof of citizenship at the poles. mainly because even they admit that they get the support of the illegal aliens. And politically he agreed to drop the commission because no one would actually admit to voting illegally to any kind of government investigation. But a private polling firm or in other studies by some colleges found similar results to the poll. There are just as many studies that show either result either way.

Oh yeah it is against federal law so someone that is here illegally is going to follow all laws. Just for your information . In Jan 2015 California assembly bill 60 became law. That law allowed any illegal resident to get a California drivers license as a citizen of California. Later the same year in Oct Gov Brown signed into law the Motor Voter Act that automatically registers every eligible citizen that goes to the DMV in California to vote.
As for having proof of illegals voting I do not have the authority to check anyone and their status of citizenship it is just blatant common sense to know they are because they can. Hell You have to actually realize they are voting because they can go to the polls and vote for even more politicians and ballot initiatives that give them greater "rights" for whatever is the current rallying cry.

Even if you actually do provide evidence in any form like the survey of 800 Hispanics and 13 percent admitted were here illegally and they voted illegally. I do notice there were actually convictions linked to by me in one post but he ignored them completely. Yes there have been studies showing up to 20 percent of aliens both here illegally and legally voting in US elections. Then I know you linked the San Francisco story where they also had illegal aliens to vote. I also read saw the link but my earlier discussion was concerning federal not local elections. Heck there are occasional blurbs of the admittedly small illegal population living here going to the polls and one they were turned away because they did not have proper id at the time.
