It only takes one clip to view a post from a person on an ignore list. The ignore list merely means that I don't get a notification every time you post on a thread that I am subscribed to.

Still using the unnecessary bold large font type face but at least for a change you did post a valid link. Too bad like all your liberal friends you do not understand the difference between a budget request, something that every President is required to submit to the House, and the budget which is what will eventually be passed by the House and Senate for signature by the President.

When your budget request is dead on arrival in an opposition controlled House it cannot be achieved. At least his tax cuts and bringing back manufacturing jobs has generated additional revenue to the government slowing the rapid growth that existed in the eight years prior to his taking office. As revenues increase, the Democrats are doing everything they can to spend as much as they can. President Clinton claimed to have actually had a balanced budget. The truth is that it was a projected zero deficit ten years after he was to leave office.

Obviously you cannot read. Again I say you might be better off if you concentrate on your own Canadian government.

Haha. That's the best you got.
It is pretty clear that you are the one with reading and comprehension issues. Go back to post number 2658 and read it. That should settle things. Good luck. I'm rooting for ya.

Another line of False Fantasyland Republican Statements.
Beginning with the 1998 budget year, during his second term, the federal government ran a yearly budget surplus through FY 2001. During the Clinton administration, there was an official surplus of $419 billion during fiscal years 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001.

Trump’s budget proposal shreds Social Security and Medicaid benefits
In accordance with the old adage that budgets are political documents, President Trump’s budgets are windows into his political id.

Trump’s proposed $4.8-trillion budget for the 2021 fiscal year makes his intentions crystal clear: He means to shred the federal safety net for the poor and the sick.

The budget proposal released Monday calls for drastic cuts in Social Security and Medicaid benefits, as well as in a program protecting defrauded student loan borrowers.

Calling his $844-billion healthcare cut over 10 years the “President’s health reform vision allowance” is hands down winner for the make-the-Soviet-propagandists-blush award.

Medicare spending will also be cut, although the extent to which the reductions would affect benefits is unclear.

These cuts all are presented under the heading, “Restrain spending to protect and respect American taxpayers.” Who are the taxpayers Trump is talking about? The wealthy, whose take from the 2017 tax cuts won’t be affected one whit.

Trump’s budget proposal was depicted in some media coverage as a walk-back of his promises to protect social insurance programs from cuts. (“We will not be touching your Social Security or Medicare in Fiscal 2021 Budget,”

First, no one in his or her right mind should ever have taken Trump at his word. He has lied about pretty much everything else about his administration, so why should his treatment of programs for the poor, disabled and elderly be any different?

More important, however, this depiction places a merely political spin on what is fundamentally a catastrophe for tens of millions of Americans.

The president’s annual budget request is a more or less symbolic outline of possible spending and rarely reflects actual fiscal disbursements. HENCE THE WORD PROPOSAL (in your headline)!

At a glance, the Trump budget aims to increase taxpayer spending on vocational training, the opioid epidemic, and infrastructure. Most likely to be overlooked is its emphasis on individuals with cognitive disabilities, who are often disserved by government programs.

While the proposed changes seem severe, remember that the budget is basically just a long, wordy suggestion card that the president drops off to Congress.

The White House budget is generally viewed as a political messaging document,”
The New York Times points out. “Congress, which is responsible for approving government spending, is under no requirement to adhere to White House requests.”

changes to Medicaid would end what the administration describes as the “financial bias that currently favors able-bodied working-age adults over the truly vulnerable.”

The budget also requires all states to establish work requirements for Medicaid recipients, which it says would save an estimated $152 billion.

For Medicare - The budget proposes several changes to the way health-care providers are paid in order to save money, not cut services. An estimated $117 billion could be saved over 10 years by stopping the practice of paying hospitals more than doctor’s offices for the same services.

Some of the reductions to Medicare would actually help beneficiaries, said Marc Goldwein, senior vice president and senior policy director at the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. The Medicare spending reductions along with reforms to prescription drug pricing would amount to roughly $600 billion in savings, which could lead to lower premiums and out-of-pocket costs. Some of these changes, such as ones to Medicare, would help sustain the programs, Goldwein said, and ideas found in the proposal have been echoed in Democrats’ proposals, too. “The reality is, the cost of Medicare is high and growing fast,” he said. “We have to make changes soon and these are good ideas with bipartisan support.”

FUCK the liberal media and their blind followers for blowing this shit out of proportion! If you dumbasses had it your way, our spending would be so fucking out of control, and our country would be WAY worse off than ever.

One summer the girl I had a long relationship with (3yrs) and I went to FL and we visited Daytona (friggin AWESOME!) .. we were supposed to leave the next day, but she had scheduled a Lap Around the Track. It was one of those Richard Petty deals. Well I got to meet the King and Kyle, then we had a 'test' lap ... then the big one, I had gotten it up to around 160, but in the curves I didn't chance it. ***BTW the next year she and I got married!
