The General Motors Bailout was started under the Bush Administration, not Barack Obama.

Joe Biden is right about the auto bailout. There was a President who bucked a public outraged about the Wall Street bailout, and loud criticisms from …

The failing economy, tightening credit and evaporating new-car sales counter-punched the auto industry late in 2008, leaving Chrysler and General Motors on the ropes and in need of immediate financial CPR. George Bush jumped in with a first round of financial support, with Barack Obama following through with more comprehensive assistance to the tune of $80 billion after being sworn into office. GM would subsequently jettison its Hummer, Pontiac and Saturn divisions and sell off Saab (which would later go bankrupt at the hands of its new owners), with both companies shedding dealerships and obligations as part of a fast track "controlled bankruptcy." Chrysler would be come to be operated by Fiat S.p.A. and owned concurrently by the Italian automaker and the United Auto Workers union; General Motors would snidely be referred to as "Government Motors" as the U.S. Treasury took temporary receivership of the restructured company; after going public again in 2010, the fed still holds around a third of all GM stock.

Trump is now so boring. He is cooked and now needs to be gone.

Big thanks, George and his darling wife Barbara!!!

Bush 41(who died yesterday.. deep respect), the 43rd President of the USA, is heads and tails a better President Trump. I never once thought he was a bad President. A Pacific WWII military aviator who put his life in peril (two fellow aviators did not survive his parachute ejection) far surpasses President Bone Spurs in moral fortitude or economic benefit.

International trade deficit surges to highest in a decade as imports rise, US exports drop
The Commerce Department said on Thursday the trade deficit increased 1.7 percent to $55.5 billion, the highest level since October 2008.

The trade gap has now widened for a five straight months. Data for September was revised to show the deficit rising to $54.6 billion instead of the previously reported $54.0 billion.

The U.S. trade deficit jumped to a 10-year high in October as soybean exports continued to fall and imports of consumer goods rose to a record high, suggesting the Trump administration's tariff-related measures to shrink the trade gap likely have been ineffective.

Tariffs trickle down, tax breaks for the rich don't. When a tariff is slapped on a product whoever is producing that product has to make up that money somehow, so they increase the price of that product which eventually makes that product more expensive for you and me. trump is simply not intelligent enough to realise this most basic fact. To be fair though, he has a problem with facts in general.

Trump is monumentally ignorant and he doesn't care. If it doesn't benefit "Trump Greed" it isn't important. Remember he refuses to do any homework. Briefs must be of only one page and filled with graphics and charts to try and keep his interest. Might as well give him a coloring book to play with in between talking to his rich donor buddies on the phone (getting their opinion) which then becomes instant US policy via Twitter. Of course there is also his time spent watching Fox and Friends.

Lol. Once again you made me laugh. Glad I wasn't drinking milk at the time.
Quite the scientific calculations they use to come up with this "index"

This section is based on surveys from visitors of this website. Questions for these surveys are similar to many similar scientific and government surveys.
Each entry in the survey is saved as the number in the range [-2, +2], with -2 having meaning of strongly negative and +2 meaning of strongly positive.
We filter surveys to eliminate potential spam, like people entering a large amount of data which are differentiating from the median value.
To present survey result, we use the scale [0, 100] for values since it is easier to read for users.
To generate a current index (which is always updated) we use data up to 36 months old. We include only cities for which there are at least a certain number of contributors. Our semiannual index is remade twice per year by pushing current index into this historical view.
Most of our data are based on perceptions (opinions) from visitors of this website. For pollution section, we include some relevant data from World Health Organization and other institutions if we find it helpful. Please consult our Terms of use for details.

Pollution Index is an estimation of the overall pollution in the city. The biggest weight is given to air pollution, than to water pollution/accessibility, two main pollution factors. Small weight is given to other pollution types.
Pollution Exp Scale is using an exponential scale to show very high numbers for very polluted cities, and very low numbers for unpolluted cities. Therefore to calculate formula it uses the exponential function to calculate the index.

Also, both links go to the same site. Neither one had anything to do with CNN.
Besides, you started the conversation by stating something about CO2 and then deflected by bringing up pollution. Two different things.
The US is really in the top 5 in CO2 emitting. Look it up
I have plenty of my own thoughts, I don't cling to the rantings of any politician, unlike you.
