Again, you do not understand the "electronic" system used in the House and Senate and are apparently thinking far too technical to be able to do so.
Electronic democratic style voting worries the heck out of me...
The safest system for voter democracy is a single one only mark on simple ballot paper. First horse past the post. No preferential jocky voting scam required. No 2nd horse preference vote bought an sold to the highest bidder.
Same with the voting representatives or senate.
Given that social distancing is in place ,the elected representatives would scratch Yea or Nah on the legislature papers being tabled in the online meeting... Surely they would still require a paper trail to assert that a vote is registered as valid.
I can show people how to register their one off hand written signature on line instantly as valid. The one off signature signing cannot be duplicated electronically. It is very easy to do. I have yet to speak with my own lawyers and ask how I should go about copyrighting the technology...

Just in case those other links get taken down, jump to the 1:18:35 mark. Good watch.
Level headed public address by the President of the United States. The video length is 3:27:30.
The first hour of the video is air time, basically an empty room, nothing happens. I forward the video to around the 1:03:0 time line.
I'm an hour into the video public address as I'm posting this....
Some of the media members in the room want slapping.
I feel that some of the younger journalists have problems with fact retention during the Presidents report.
The President explain the current events and the journalists ask the same questions that were clearly outlined, spoken about and explained in the public address.
I hope to finish watching the above video later...

Important:
After doing a job I went back to watch the rest of the above video, and there is an hour or more missing off the video.
I believe the hour long intro was removed. I'm not sure if other areas of the video have been edited.
This is why people should post the "time line" of every video URL they post on social media...
The edited video time line is now 2:23:25.

Coronavirus testing hits dramatic slowdown in U.S.
Despite efforts to expand, the continued glitches in the U.S. testing system are threatening to impede attempts to re-open the economy and return to normal life.
The number of coronavirus tests analyzed each day by commercial labs in the U.S. plummeted by more than 30 percent over the past week, even though new infections are still surging in many states and officials are desperately trying to ramp up testing so the country can reopen.
