And do you know exactly how many sets of hands your mail in ballot is touched by before it actually starts to be tracked. Each one of those set of hands is an opportunity for that person to replace your ballot with another and then have someone turn your ballot in at a polling place claiming they have "soiled" their ballot and need a replacement.

As far as the Military votes many of those in combat zones actually vote by a Military ballot. You only vote for President and nothing else. And then there are states such as yours where individual counties have tried to reject Military absentee ballots because they were not individually postmarked. The Military postal system does not require deployed individuals to place postage on first class mail and therefore does not postmark anything.

So, are you actually trying to make people believe that anyone can simply walk into an elections office and get a new voting ballot without any checking of identification? That doesn't sound like it can be true.
