No it has been biased for decades since it was changed to 11 jurists during the Great Depression in order to push through FDR's socialist New Deal programs. You just do not like it not being a liberal bias.

There should be no bias in supreme courts. Left or right. It doesn't take a genius to realize this.

Hypocrisy is the main issue here. Reps were dead against appointing a new judge 10 months before the last election, but are all for one being appointed two weeks before this election. Don't you see it?

no i only go by Constitutional Law and the way it has been handled over 16 times in our history.. (precedence)

there hasn't been ONE TIME where a situation like this has come up with opposing parties ruling the WH and the Senate .. NOT ONCE, and there were chances for each party to break stride.
