When they returned weeks later to serve him a court order, he kicked them out again.

You guys always said during Trump's time he was responsible for anything that went on during his shift was on him.
FBI director reports directly to POTUS. Comey Brennan were both talked to by Mueller.
Everyone knows -=O=- is informed on everything per Rices email and admission on Sunday morning TV. She made at least five appearances talking about how Obama demands to know everything. He gave his dept leaders little authority making high level decisions without him knowing about it.
