Hey, bro. For the past few years you and SSG have run free on this site with your criticism of Trump. That's what both of you live for on this site. I learned a long time ago that I can't win a debate if I'm constantly on the defensive. So, I did a little digging on Trudeau and put both of you on the defensive.

We learned that Trudeau and his father before him were both communist sympathizers. That's the very thing that you accuse Trump of. We also learned that Trudeau's negligence was directly responsible for the vaccine shortage in Canada. Since neither one of you can defend Trudeau on either front, you've grown frustrated and you lash out in anger.

Ain't no safe places here, bro. If you don't want to run with the big dogs, stay on the porch.

Defend trudeau or any politician?? Now why on earth would I want to do that? You have confused me with, well you.
You can't "win a debate" because you don't know how to debate. All you know to do is straw man arguments and "gotcha" articles. It is entertaining, I'll give you that. Just not as informative as you think. Anyway, bigdog, have a good one.

Trudeau's failure on the vaccine is a well documented fact. There's nothing "strawman" about it. You can't bring yourself to say that Trudeau failed with the vaccine. You also can't admit that Trudeau is a communist sympathizer. That's not a "strawman", either. You can run from it but you can't hide. You'll have to decide if you want to continue to be a bootlicker for Trudeau or admit the truth. The truth shall set you free.

FACT CHECK! If you actually cared to be accurate, which we all know isn't your strong suit, you would remember that I did say trudeau should have done some things differently. If you can't accept that it isn't my problem. Anyway bigdog, have a good one

Cool. What should Trudeau have done differently? What were his failures on the vaccine? Let's hear it in detail and in your own words. You're very good at criticizing Trump so I'm sure this will be no problem for you.

If you are that interested read back in the thread. It has been said several times. I'm not going to repeat myself simply because you demand it. It should be easy for you to find, knowing that you were able to dig up all those obscure articles I have faith that you can find what I believe trudeau should have done differently. Anyway bigdog, good luck.

I looked. There's nothing there other than you saying that Trudeau could have done a better job. Weak sauce. I've seen real criticism from you for other folks and you're very good at it. I know you can do better. It's clear that you have 2 sets of standards. And that's what makes you a bootlicker.

Health Canada approves AstraZeneca's COVID-19 vaccine

OTTAWA - Health Canada has approved the COVID-19 vaccine from AstraZeneca, the third to be given the green light for national use.

Details of the approval and when Canadians might see doses begin arriving are due at a technical briefing later this morning in Ottawa.

Canada has pre-ordered 20 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine, which was co-developed by researchers at the University of Oxford.

It will also receive up to 1.9 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine through the global vaccine-sharing initiative known as COVAX by the end of June.

Vaccines produced by Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna had already been approved by Health Canada.

Approximately 1.7 million doses of those formulas have been administered in Canada.

The Americans are currently vaccinating more people each day than Canada has in total to date

We find it shocking that more Canadians aren’t outraged about the terrible rollout of COVID-19 vaccines in this country. As of Friday, we are now ranked 38th in the world and falling rapidly according to the latest University of Oxford data on vaccinations per capita. Even more embarrassing is that we’re the only G7 country having to tap into a supply of vaccine meant primarily for poorer developing countries.

It doesn’t help that prominent economists in this country seem to be downplaying the urgency of the situation, that this is somehow just a hiccup to our economic recovery, using words like “a bit disappointing” to describe recent events. Perhaps they think the billions of dollars, backstopped by the Bank of Canada, that are being sent to households via new fiscal spending programs will somehow soften the blow.

The problem is that the transparency is so poor in this country that we have no idea what our government has done. Trudeau is steadfast in his refusing to release the details of the vaccine contracts to the premiers, who should be viewed as partners in the rollout.

Many countries are sitting on a gold mine of household savings just waiting to be deployed when their economies reopen, something that depends on getting shots into arms. The countries that get those shots in first will have a chance to leapfrog us economically, getting a head start not only domestically but also getting first crack at the post-COVID global economy, where they can increase their share of global trade.

China, the only country to post positive GDP growth last year, has a huge lead in the post-COVID recovery and consequently will come out of this in a much stronger position than before, thereby further closing the gap with the U.S. It already has the world’s largest economy when measured at purchasing power parity and soon to be the largest when measured at market prices, according to the IMF and reported in the Financial Times.
The Americans know this and are currently vaccinating more people each day than Canada has in total to-date. At this pace they are on track to soon vaccinate more than one entire Canada, while our doctors’ office shelves sit empty.

We also worry that the longer the delay in vaccinating Canadians, the more likely we are to repeat the errors of the past. Surplus household savings that can’t be deployed into the broader economy due to prolonged lockdowns, for example, are finding their way into real estate speculation.

Unfortunately, this locks up substantial capital in what is essentially a non-producing asset compared to other countries that are using private wealth to transform their economies by making the investments that will allow them to increase output of the types of goods and services demanded globally.

The Financial Post’s Kevin Carmichael did a great job of highlighting this in a recent column, showing that in Canada “housing accounted for 37 per cent of overall investment, while business spending on machinery and equipment and intellectual property dropped to 28.2 per cent, the highest and lowest levels, respectively, since early 1993.”

                            Article content

Finally, we are most concerned about the level of debt being accumulated federally, the largest deficit spending in the G7, which will continue to worsen unless we are able to restart our economy. When including total debt, our country is currently at over 400 per cent GDP, second only to Japan.

The above article demonstrates why SSG and copier addict are both bootlickers. The USA vaccinates more folks in one day than Canada in total.

                              What is a bootlicker?

                              Boot Licker
Someone who kisses up to their oppressors’ thoughts and feelings rather than being aware of their own communities’ needs to survive. Hypothetically licking your oppressors boot for basic human respect from them.
