I listened to 4 different stations on radio yesterday and one of them is a left wing dem station and all of them reported the same story how the study shows it is effective. The only difference is that on the dem station when they came out of the news the hosts said nothing about the story,I am sure because they would be embarased to.

Neither of the two articles Phil posted say anything about it being effective
