You're going to have to be clearer on what I'm apologising for. That article you posted states nothing about jail time. It does that someone allegedly assaulted a police officer, soooooo, there's that.

You're not an honorable man. When you get arrested, you go to jail. That's the reason you get arrested. And there are other examples I could post but you have a bad habit and looking folks in the eye and lying to their face. Antifa comes to mind.

Please try to keep up. We weren't discissing whether covid deaths were being compiled honestly or not. We were discussing whether people had been jailed because of defying covid rules.

... he spent one night in jail because he assaulted a police officer. Not because of a COVID-19 quarantine violation.

And to the point of your post(s)......many people have been jailed for defying Covid Rules, both in your country and mine. and around the world!

Need I remind you of the Canadian Pastors who were arrested and jailed? Covered by all the Worlds' news stations.

These are just a couple of the "high profile" cases. MANY More where they came from!

Not to mention all the Fines handed down to Canadians who were already struggling financially and mentally. I believe the latest report said something like 6 - 12 MILLION dollars in fines so far. Not a bad racket for the Canadian government!

Quebec leads the way so far, with more than 3,000 fines, per the report. Ontario comes second with 930 reported fines, followed by Nova Scotia with 516 and Alberta with 44.
