No the CDC didn't say that any covid vaccine was 100% effective. Even the manufacturers never said they were 100% effective.

May not in Canada but in the US until recently it has been constantly saying that the mRNA shots are not only 100% effective but also 100% safe. I have seen the commercials on a daily basis.
