sad to say but I actually agree... with the charge...

Personally, I am OK paying for the extra surcharge even with money being tight. Things are along ways from normal and right now you just have to be happy that you have access to these food and professional services. Where I live, we have access to neither.

pure corona death...
person perfectly healthy... then catch covid and dies...

person died of complications related to covid 19...
person had underlying medical condition... heart disease... pancreatitis... catches covid 19 and dies

person dies and had covid 19...
person died from underlying condition, malpractice or something else and hospital administrator to get the higher medical code payout from insurance company due to hospitals being at 30 to 50 percent capacity... and to pay bills claims it was covid 19 because
if there is choice between truth and bills...
bills will always win out...

and what exactly is pure corona deaths..
MY dad who passed had a heart issue,bypasses done and then got a auto immune disease .
He fought it for 4 years before passing and i dont know what killed him nor care,it wont bring him back knowing.
When you get multiple problems of course it makes it harder to keep someone alive.
It is the same with this covid...........

I just hope people dont think we all can go back to pre 2020 till a cure

I think i would believe doctors,and scientist over a county supervisor,,i mean shouldnt he be more focused on HIS JOB........
I dont believe trump or most politicos as they all have an agenda...
plus i think trump failed science in school...And i dont want idiots thinking we can all hold hands and the world is back to normal..
This plague does big damage even if one survives,lungs,kidney,brain etc etc...

as they say in follywood.

well since I was a culinary arts grad.. and had been chef at several places. I would also agree to charge.

But with those skills I find it very reluctant on my part to going out to eat except on special occasions. ( and frankly I haven't eaten ANYWHERE that prepares the food to the level of spice that pleases my pallet).

People think a restaurant makes a large profit. UNTRUE esp if you 'cook to order' with fresh ingredients.

they will say what is safest so as to keep their jobs...
the truth is dangerous for their jobs...
whereas lies will keep you safe and may even get you a promotion...

It actually sounds like you are talking about trump's "YES" team. If you disagree with anything he says your job is in jeopardy. This has been proven over and over for the past few years.
And several times during this covid crisis.

Margins vary on the place and menu.
My buddy in MD was only seeing a 15% after all was said n done. Very good Italian 50 seat place.
