Wearing a mask on Federal property is NOT mandatory. Did you not see Joe Biden and his entire family mask-less at the Lincoln Memorial minutes after signing the mandate? Also, at his press conference none of Biden's aides wore a mask. The only people wearing a mask were the reporters. Fauci didn't wear a mask, either.
