The US will share at least 20 million doses of Covid-19 vaccines by the end of next month, totaling 80 million doses that are set to be sent abroad. Those additional 20 million doses will consist of Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines as well as AstraZeneca, which has to be approved by federal regulators before being shipped overseas. That effort is underway.
"This is the most doses donated by any country in the world by five times," Psaki told reporters at a White House briefing.

• Pfizer-BioNTech: 100 million doses (two-dose regimen)
• Moderna: 100 million doses (two-dose regimen)
• Johnson & Johnson: 100 million doses (one-dose regimen)
• AstraZeneca: 300 million doses (two-dose regimen)
• Novavax: 100 million doses (two-dose regimen)
• Sanofi-GlaxoSmithKline: 100 million doses (one- or two-dose regimen)

In all, the amounts agreed to under these contracts total about 800 million vaccine doses, or enough for more than 400 million people (2 shots each).

.... unless you are fully vaccinated, meaning for most people, two weeks have passed since your second vaccine shot, the risks are still very real for a lot of people in the USA.

The CDC advises people to use their common sense and to wear a mask when required when using public transportation, entering particular private businesses and many gov't buildings.
