Hey gang, we have an update on our lawsuit challenging Biden's authoritarian vaccine mandate for private employers:

Earlier this week, our legal team filed our response to OSHA’s request to lift the temporary stay on the vaccine mandate.

If you recall, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a temporary stay on Biden’s garbage vaccine mandate following our lawsuit. The Biden administration quickly filed a motion asking the court to allow the mandate to go into effect.

The court gave us the opportunity to file a response to the Biden administration’s motion, which our legal team did this week.

Now the court will decide who has the stronger argument, and our team is VERY optimistic that the arguments we made will prevail.

I’ll let you know as soon as the court makes its ruling. We don’t know when that will be, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they made their decision in the next week or two.

I am retired and have all the time I wish to take. Why do you take so much time away from taking care of your customers? And the website I gather information are no where as ridiculous as you are.

... I have worked from a home office for the last 30 years. I have lots of time available because I do not waste a couple of hours a day commuting or getting ready for work, having a lunch hour or break or mindlessly talking to co-workers.

My customers are happy and well taken care of.
