There you go show your ignorance not only of what is happening but also of the proper use of the English language. The terms can and can't have to do with an individuals personal ability and have nothing to do with permission. You take an illegal and hand him or her a mail-in ballot and they can quite easily fill it in and mail it back.

Until there is a requirement to show proper ID in order to vote, illegal do and will continue to vote in elections. There is nothing to stop them. They have already proven that they do not consider themselves subject to the laws of the United States of America by coming here illegally. Do you really expect them to obey our voting laws?

It has been estimated that somewhere between 4.5 and 5 million illegal aliens in Mexifornia, I mean California voted in the Presidential election. That is more than Hilary Clinton won the state by.

And then there is California where they are allowed to get official California State Driver licenses and ID cards. Oh and do to California's Motor Voter law it can also automatically registers them to vote. It merely depends on which key on the computer keyboard the licensing agent presses.
