    Regarding softwares

    Hello everyone,

Long time lurker here, and I will introduce myself properly soon, but for now, I need your help !
Our company once (more than 15 years for sure) hired someone to create an Access database to handle customer's call, our tech's intervention, parts catalog... Well, basically everything related to copiers.
Recently, things are starting to get weird on this database... some parts are in the wrong catalog, it doesn't show the last call anymore... I think it decided to slowly fade away. It serve us very well for the last decade ...

Anyway, time to move on ! So I'm a bit curious, what are you(r company) using to handle calls, parts, stock...

It is all relative to your budget. Do not expect to get anything worthwhile for less than $5k USD. $50K is not uncommon. Good time to try to future proof your business and move it to the Cloud.

The final cost will be determined by how much you want this software to automate your business. For example, do you want automatic meter read collection that automatically imports this data into your invoice system that automatically invoices your customers via email.

I use Field Force Tracker. I love it. It's cloud based. Pay by the month. There's not much it doesn't have.
