Our visitor count hit 40,000 today, I know that some of it is search engines crawling the site but it\'s still a pretty cool number.

have any of you ever went to the smarka website? looks like about 2/3rds of the people that post there are not techs. you have to read and figure out the best you can who are the techs and who are the customers. it is fun to read some of the weird questions they ask. stupid 1st week on the job questions. sometimes a customer will imitate a tech with a stupid question, so i\'ll cut and paste a fancy tecnical wording on how to fix a simple problem-you don\'t get a thank you or nothing-because they are wondering what in the hell are you talking about.
