Your 3rd grade bait-n-switch tactics don't work on me. I'm a grown up. With a brain. You just dismissed slim's artilce because it was from Fox News but have a problem with me dismissing an article by a black race activist.

Stop wasting my time with foolishness. I'm much too wily and smart for you.

Keep that same energy when the SCOTUS makes their next few rulings. Hyocrite much? We know you only agree with liberal scholars. Why do you continue to waste our time?

Make no mistake. I don't push race. I respond to the takeover by the black activists and the white liberal cuckolds who try push that all whites are racists or haven't yet realized that they're racist.

... I do not think you understand what Critical Race Theory is. It is the recognition that because of America's sad history of slavery and the oppression of people of color, legal, judicial and educational institutions have developed a baked in bias that limits the upwards mobility of people of color.

You started today's discussion by posting an article about a black School Superintendent in Michigan who was appealing to the State Governor to help reverse decades of prejudice in the school system's curriculum. A school system that is chronically under funded and in many areas predominantly black.

So, what you are saying is you completely buy into the CRT bs that your right wing overlords are feeding you. That about covers it.
And yes, your entire schtick is pushing race. You can't lie your way out of this one.

Apparently failed to read my earlier post where I showed that the ABA, and I an not talking about the American Basketball Association, represents only 14.4% of the attorneys in the US. That fact makes them a nobody. Thje fact that you would quote them makes them extremely left wing because that is all you post from.

Fox is far closer to being fair and balanced that any source that you use, including the ABA.

The American Bar Association (ABA), founded August 21, 1878, is a voluntary bar association of lawyers and law students, which is not specific to any jurisdiction in the United States. (That means that they have absolutely no actually authority what so ever. The ABA's most important stated activities are the setting of academic standards for law schools, and the formulation of model ethical codes related to the legal profession. (FYI this is not a law school, it is technical forum.) As of fiscal year 2017, the ABA had 194,000 dues-paying members, constituting approximately 14.4% of U.S. attorneys. Wow only 14.4% of US attorneys. They must not have very much influence other than the ultra liberal schools. I wonder how many of those attorneys are professors at those law schools and how many actually practice law?
... I wonder what % of gun owners pay annual fees to the NRA?

The American Bar Association is the most respected legal resource in the USA endorsed by lawyers and politicians of all political parties.

I know your favorite activity is to mindlessly attack any scholarly institution that offers informed opinions that contradicts with your view of the world.

... you have a lot in common with the ex President who denied he was a racist yet most black people in the USA knew he was and voted him out of office.

It's very simple. The theory says that racism/racial bias is baked into law and white institutions thus white people are guilty of racism whether they know it or not and CRT is designed to get them to see their racism and change their evil ways. You know...the same shit that you've been pushing on here. You feel me?
