I think she should be thrown in jail for sure. But like everything else I very highly doubt anything will happen to her. Most people do not even know about the spying.

It might get treated the same way the previous Democrat administration handled the missing emails and illegal server investigation in 2016. The evidence was there. The excuse used to explain not prosecuting was bogus, the regulations violated did not require specific intent. The reason she wasn't prosecuted then is because there wasn't a single Federal prosecutor willing to risk his/her job.

Durham on the other hand doesn't give a damn. Biden is going to have to pardon the Hildabeast.

This led to an outpouring of rage on the right, which cast the filing as proof that Trump was right about the spying allegations all along.
