The people of Ukraine would like fighter bombers so that they can stop the Russian air force. One of the first thing that the Russians did was to destroy Ukraine's MIGS on the ground. Poland has MIGS they can give to the Ukraine but want new US F-16EX and F-35A to replace them. Biden is afraid that it might make Putin mad. Hell Putin is already mad.
