And he just shutdown 1million acres in AK from drilling. One of the largest production areas in the country.

You know bsm2 may think that it sounds like a lot when he says 1 million acres but it is only about 1/5 the size of Kern County. In truth it is a little under 40 miles by 40 miles when you convert it to square miles or Sections. Leasing of land fopr production is usually done in sections which is 1 sq mile.
