They always attempt to influence US elections, in favor of the Democrat party, just as they attempted to get Hillary elected in 2016. The evidence is there. Hillary should be in jail. The reason given for not charging her for violating US code in association to her illegal email server was bogus. The DOJ said that there appeared to be no intent to violate the law. The problem is the the specific State Department Code which she violated require NO Specific Intent. Not only that but more than likely Russia had that server hacked and mirrored within 348 hours after the very first email went through it. If so, she provided classified State Department documents directly to Russia.
