I can't speak for any other state but for California which is where I live the state currently has the credit rating of a third world country. At one time we were rated as having the firth largest economy in the world. That was before liberal Governors Grey Davis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown and Gavin Newsom.
