There is a great shortage of rental and home accomodations in North America right now made worse by the pandemic causing a shortage of lumber and record high lumber prices and for all types of building materials. The average home now costs an extra $37k to build.

The ex President's tariffs on lumber from Canada made the situation way worse than it had to be.

Hold the phone. You said that "the cost of living" was gonna skyrocket. Now you're talking about the housing market. Carry on. I don't have time for it.

higher gas/food/electric prices aren't going to hurt ANYBODY but the poor and middle class... and there won't be any wages increases for us either... unlike the ones that MADE the new laws... they get cost of living increases... everything paid for and even if they don't work they STILL get a paycheck.

screw biden .. his whole team and the fucking donkey they rode in on.

and ANYBODY that gives me that like "Biden isn't going to tax anybody making less than 400k/yr" is living with their heads up their asses.

GAO says that with all the new spending that will total 6 TRILLION in new debt... and NanNan is MORE than willing to sign even more payouts to Iran China Russia NoKo and the million illegals invading our country.

                a socialists dream come true.

who the hell is going to foot the bill for all the promised FREE SHIT? Us working folks.

That is because people are leaving major cities in droves. As more and more corporations are finding that they can actually function better with portions of their staff telecommuting, those employees are looking for less expensive places to live. Many are finding that for what they have been paying for an apartment in places like Los Angeles County, they can buy a 3 or 4 bedroom house in places like Bakersfield.

Hell you can find a 3000sq ft 4 bed 2.5 bath on 1/4 acre yuppie house here in Fuquay-Varina or A ngier for 1300/month and only 30min commute to RTP 2.5hr to beach or ski slopes.

Liberal cities are bleeding residents left n right.
For good reason too, the have been strangled by insane rules/regulations. Schools cater to liberals. Frankly I wish they'd move back to NY and MD/VA and take their mindsets with them.
