What Rick Scott wants to do is to stop spending Medicare funds, which senior citizens have paid into while working, to fund Medicaid which mostly goes to individuals who have not paid into Medicare. As for Social Security, that is being killed by funds being used for welfare again going to people who have never paid into the system. At 74 I know a hell of a lot more about Social Security and Medicare than a cry baby boy like you.
