I think we should call it "INTERNATIONAL MACHINE TECHNICIAN DAY" - (why lock it down to just copiers). We should decide whether or not we want to work on that day and receive time and a half if we do. If we dont work on that day we should get vacation time. The nastiest customer we've had all year should buy us lunch (restaurant of our choice) and no one including the boss gets to be nasty to us on that day. How 'bout that guys? LOL

NO! NO! NO! You are way too nice. I am all for breaking the common office managers spirit and make them worship us as GODS!! Who will join the revolt?

Nah...that'd make them hate us and when our little holiday was over the level of nastiness we receive would be far far worse. I just think that anything that puts a little extra cash in our pockets and little perks we can get out of it should pursued. Especially in this economy...
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
