It's always nice when a customer emails or faxes a compliment about your service, but doesn't happen very often.
One of my Favourite jobs I remember doing was Back in South Africa at a small airport in Stellenbosch. On that particular day they were doing a photo shoot for some magazine. The little copier just happened to be in the room where the models were changing..... as they say, the show had to go on.. You know, it took ages to get that machine working just right....

The customer walks in the room. She sees that I have the copier apart. There are parts spread out on the floor and the counter.

      "Can I make a copy?

      No. No you can't, stupid.

Some years back we had a copier in the office of a large, well known strip club.

Every time they called for service, the dispatcher (who could have just as easily "worked" in the aforementioned establishment) would get her jollies seeing techs make fools of themselves trying to get the call assigned to them.

Funny, every single call they ever had required a second trip because the tech never had the required parts with him. Hmmmmm....
