U.S. District Court Judge Lauren King issued a preliminary injunction blocking the Trump administration's executive order banning funding for hospitals that provide gender-affirming treatments to transgender youth. The order applies to the states of Washington, Oregon, Minnesota and Colorado.

What a disgrace as human being Trump is

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he would soon decide whether to revoke temporary legal status for some 240,000 Ukrainians who fled the conflict with Russia, following a Reuters report that his administration planned to take that step. Such a move would be a stunning reversal of the welcome Ukrainians received under President Joe Biden's administration and potentially put them on a fast-track to deportation.

More of Putin's bidding. Trumpy sure is a useful idiot for Putin and the Kremlin.

                  Finally

Senate Democrats Balk at Funding Extension, Raising the Risk of a Shutdown Senator Chuck Schumer, the Senate Democratic leader, said that Democrats would refuse to back a stopgap bill to fund the government through Sept. 30, significantly raising the chances of a government shutdown at the end of the week.

The resolution would notably keep spending levels as they were when former President Joe Biden was in office.

Funny , now they are all for government shut downs . Smart move give Trump more power

Wrong increase in defense spending and cuts to programs

                      Dude stop watching Fox News

Was not a clean CR that would be a one page document not 99 pages

Their plan would gut funding for the National Institutes of Health and IRS enforcement—as well as blow a $1 billion hole in Washington, D.C.’s budget.
It would also give Trump—and Musk—more leeway over government spending, with less Congressional oversight.

And, Democrats say they weren’t consulted at all for what’s currently proposed, which could set a bad precedent.

“I’ve gone back and forth on this thing three times because it is two horrible choices,” Sen. John Hickenlooper (D-Colo.) admitted to reporters before the lunch.

“If you shut down the government, the president is the person who decides what is essential,” Hickenlooper explained. “He decides what part of the government stays open, so you are actually giving him even more power.”

On the other side of the argument, a senior Senate Democratic aide told The Post that some members “worry a shutdown leaves Elon Musk alone in the candy store,” referring to the Department of Government Efficiency’s (DOGE) cost-cutting efforts.

Democrats keep getting played by Trump . Lets see about this one .

BREAKING: Greenland sends a resounding “F U” to Donald Trump with their election by strongly supporting leaders who champion the island’s national sovereignty amidst talk of land grabs.
The people have spoken and MAGA is furious…

Greenland’s center-right Demokraatit party won nearly 30% of the vote — a powerful mandate for a party whose leaders have vocally opposed Trump’s threats to take over the island.

Naleraq — the party that most strongly supports independence for Greenland — came in second place with a respectable 25% of the vote.

In third place with 21% was the incumbent democratic socialist Inuit Ataqatigiit party led by Prime Minister Múte Bourup Egede, who has himself voiced strong opposition to Trump’s scheme to take over the island.

All three parties support independence for Greenland, which is currently a semiautonomous territory of Denmark, and none of them support annexation by the United States.

Clearly, Trump is barking up the wrong tree. The sooner he abandons his delusions of empire, the sooner we can move on from this embarrassing charade.
