Preparation: Before an ICE Visit
Essential Rights and Protections
Before detailing preparation steps, itâs important to understand the fundamental rights that protect both employers and employees:- Right to See a Warrant: Immigration agents cannot enter private areas of your workplace without a valid judicial warrant or your consent. Administrative warrants (Form I-200 or I-205) do not grant this authority.
- Right to Remain Silent: Both employers and employees have the constitutional right to remain silent and are not required to answer questions about immigration status.
- Right to Legal Representation: Anyone detained has the right to consult with an attorney, though the government is not required to provide one.
- Right to Refuse Unauthorized Searches: You can refuse searches that go beyond the scope of a warrant or that lack probable cause.

BREAKING: Greenland sends a resounding âF Uâ to Donald Trump with their election by strongly supporting leaders who champion the islandâs national sovereignty amidst talk of land grabs.
The people have spoken and MAGA is furiousâŠ
Greenlandâs center-right Demokraatit party won nearly 30% of the vote â a powerful mandate for a party whose leaders have vocally opposed Trumpâs threats to take over the island.
Naleraq â the party that most strongly supports independence for Greenland â came in second place with a respectable 25% of the vote.
In third place with 21% was the incumbent democratic socialist Inuit Ataqatigiit party led by Prime Minister MĂște Bourup Egede, who has himself voiced strong opposition to Trumpâs scheme to take over the island.
All three parties support independence for Greenland, which is currently a semiautonomous territory of Denmark, and none of them support annexation by the United States.
Clearly, Trump is barking up the wrong tree. The sooner he abandons his delusions of empire, the sooner we can move on from this embarrassing charade.

Wrong increase in defense spending and cuts to programs
Dude stop watching Fox News
Was not a clean CR that would be a one page document not 99 pages
Their plan would gut funding for the National Institutes of Health and IRS enforcementâas well as blow a $1 billion hole in Washington, D.C.âs budget.
It would also give Trumpâand Muskâmore leeway over government spending, with less Congressional oversight.
And, Democrats say they werenât consulted at all for whatâs currently proposed, which could set a bad precedent.
âIâve gone back and forth on this thing three times because it is two horrible choices,â Sen. John Hickenlooper (D-Colo.) admitted to reporters before the lunch.
âIf you shut down the government, the president is the person who decides what is essential,â Hickenlooper explained. âHe decides what part of the government stays open, so you are actually giving him even more power.â
On the other side of the argument, a senior Senate Democratic aide told The Post that some members âworry a shutdown leaves Elon Musk alone in the candy store,â referring to the Department of Government Efficiencyâs (DOGE) cost-cutting efforts.
Democrats keep getting played by Trump . Lets see about this one .👍 1Leave a comment:

The resolution would notably keep spending levels as they were when former President Joe Biden was in office.
Funny , now they are all for government shut downs . Smart move give Trump more power

Finally
Senate Democrats Balk at Funding Extension, Raising the Risk of a Shutdown Senator Chuck Schumer, the Senate Democratic leader, said that Democrats would refuse to back a stopgap bill to fund the government through Sept. 30, significantly raising the chances of a government shutdown at the end of the week.

What a disgrace as human being Trump is
U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he would soon decide whether to revoke temporary legal status for some 240,000 Ukrainians who fled the conflict with Russia, following a Reuters report that his administration planned to take that step. Such a move would be a stunning reversal of the welcome Ukrainians received under President Joe Biden's administration and potentially put them on a fast-track to deportation.
