I don't think you understand the gravity of the tariffs. I don't expect they will last long because of the devastation it will inflict on Canada the longer it goes on. Eventually, Canada will give Trump what he wants no matter who is in power. It's not like he's asking for much.

And there's the rub. Trumpy is so intellectually stunted that he doesn't even know what he wants. He implemented the tariffs because that's all his little brain can imagine.
